Appointments can be made by:
- telephoning 0117 902 7145
- by calling at the surgery.
- via our online booking service
Appointments can be booked up to three weeks in advance. If you have an urgent healthcare issue, you will be offered a same-day telephone call from a GP who will discuss with you the best way to assist you.
We work hard to make as many appointments available as we can. However, demand for appointments often outstrips supply. Please try to assist us by considering other sources of advice and support, so that appointments are available for those who need them. NHS 111 gives good advice about colds, sore throats, coughs and other common ailments, your local pharmacist can advise you about these issues too, there is a walk-in centre at the Broadmead, and injuries should be dealt with at A&E departments.
If you can’t make it to an appointment, please cancel your appointment by telephone or online so that it can be made available to somebody else.
