Patient Participation Program
The Patient Participation program is designed to ensure that patients are consulted on decisions about the range and qualify of services provided and, over time, commissioned by their practice.
Every March we produce a report which outlines the results of our patient survey and other patient feedback and which defines the resulting action plan agreed with our Patient Participation Group (PPG).
We are grateful to the patients who volunteered to be members of the PPG and have kindly invested their personal time to assist us in this process and to all patients who have completed our patient survey.
Patient Reference Group (PPG)
We are striving for a PPG of twenty active members. It is important that our PPG is as representative as possible of our patient population in terms of age, ethnicity and gender. We are currently trying to recruit Asian Indian and Black African patients and would also welcome younger members.
The group aims to meet twice a year to discuss the focus of our attention for the year, to review the feedback we receive from patients and to formulate an action plan.
If you would be interested in joining the group, please leave your name and contact details with Reception.
